FETTE produces tools, as well as special tools, for almost every type of machine from any supplier offered in the market. Consequently even compacting tools for machines which are no longer manufactured are still produced by Fette. Even in this sector we receive an acceptable number of enquiries. Tools for machines which are 20 years old or even older are very frequently ordered, for example tools for our FETTE P2.

FETTE can fall back on many years of experience in the construction of compacting tools. In the meanwhile pressing tools, as well as the tablet presses, are produced in Schwarzenbek for over 50.

In addition to our tablet presses and compacting tools FETTE produces in a second division cutting tools.
Due to our 100-years-old experience in the sector of tool construction, especially concerning the pressing tools, FETTE can fall back on an extraordinary know-how.
FETTE owns for example one of the most modern vacuum hardening machines in Europe and knows how to utilise it. This new technology of heat treatment has removed the hardening in the salt bath. The modern system is computer-controlled. As a consequence it is possible to guarantee a constant process and to reproduce our satisfying results. We are now able to assure tools of a high standard and a high quality within the tolerance range required.
Therefore a constant tabletting process can be guaranteed at least concerning the pressing tools.
